Alma serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance for SPEAR. She is responsible for financial planning, analyzing SPEAR's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposes strategic direction.

 

Also is also the Director of ING U.S. Private Placement (USPP). Alma joined ING in 2002 in Debt Capital Markets in Hong Kong where she was responsible for originating and executing fixed income transactions in Southeast Asia.  During her career at ING, she has worked on a variety of products, including the origination and execution of USPPs based in New York. Prior to ING, Alma originated and executed Debt Capital Markets deals at J.P. Morgan, and prior to that she worked at Citigroup - Salomon Smith Barney executing debt transactions in the US, Europe and Emerging Markets.

 

Alma holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Italian Literature, from Smith College.
