Jaime Lino serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations & Human Resources at SPEAR. He has over 24 years of diverse organizational management experience across multiple echelons, encompassing the military, the Federal Government and civilian sector. Jaime is responsible for overseeing SPEARs HR management and labor relations policies, practices, and operations.

 

As a federal employee, Jaime works for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and is currently assigned to the United States Indo-Pacific Command at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

 

Jaime’s dedicated work ethic earned him the position of Senior Enlisted Advisor on the Joint Task Force Covid Mission for New York during the 2020-2021 pandemic, where he managed over 2,000 Service Members.

 

Jaime served with the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army and New York Army National Guard which includes five tours overseas in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2013 and most recently in 2023.

 

Jaime's military experience also includes Ammunition Specialist and Operational Contract Support Officer. Jaime’s military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Commendation Medal with 2 Oak Leaf Cluster, and the Army Achievement Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Cluster.
